Order Processing

We process and ship orders every business day.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Ground Shipping
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Shipping estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorders

Some products are available for preorder.

Most preorder items ship within 2–4 weeks from the purchase date. Shipping timelines may vary by product.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeline. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your order, preorder purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, Upper Atmosphere offers Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

While USPS includes limited shipping coverage of up to $100, purchasing Route Shipping Protection provides additional coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and need to file a claim, please contact Route directly through their support portal or live chat. Their team will assist you with your claim.
